Plan details, payment & refunds
- US$9 for one learner, once. The additional guided-plan access lasts 30 days from bank-verified activation and does not renew automatically.
- The initial offer is for learners aged 13 or older, purchased and managed by a verified parent or guardian. Age is parent-declared, not government-verified.
- Zelle payments are made in your bank, not on this page. A payment report or screenshot does not activate a pass. The operator checks actual bank receipt.
- You may request a full US$9 refund after reporting payment and before activation, or within 7 calendar days of activation. A request records your claim; it does not activate access or confirm money has been returned. The operator first verifies the incoming payment and must complete the bank refund before it is shown as refunded. Any paid access ends when that refund is confirmed.
- Deleting your family account ends online access and removes its order records; it does not automatically refund a payment. Please contact support with the order reference before deletion when possible, and keep that reference and your own bank receipt. Account deletion does not cancel an otherwise valid refund claim; the payment must still be verified.
- The plan includes a learning schedule, four evidence summaries and printable materials. Existing free content remains available. No live tutoring, human marking, guaranteed scores or unlimited external AI service is included.
