FOR CURIOUS LEARNERS. AND THE PEOPLE CHEERING THEM ON.

A small question. A clearer way to think.

Explore a math idea together. Let your child try, ask for a hint, and explain the next step in their own words.

Try 3 sample questions See a learning pack example

No account is needed for the samples. Choose English or Chinese at the top of the page.

Instead of “Are you done?”

Ask: “Which step made sense? Where did you get stuck?”

Start with one question. Understanding is the conversation that follows.

TRY IT TOGETHER · NO SIGN-IN

What is your child thinking?

Try one fraction question together. The answer starts the conversation; the reason tells you what to explore next.

Example preview — not a saved learner report

01 · TRY & EXPLAIN

Two amounts. One shared whole.

12+13=?\displaystyle \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{3} = ?21+31=?

Use / for a fraction. Equivalent fractions are welcome.

Which reason makes sense?

02 · MOVE & NOTICE

Make the pieces the same size

Both bars represent the same-sized whole. Move the slider: the number of pieces changes, but the shaded amounts do not.

12\displaystyle \frac{1}{2}21
13\displaystyle \frac{1}{3}31
6 equal parts per whole. The shaded amounts stay the same.
  1. The original amounts12+13\displaystyle \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{3}21+31
  2. Use equal-sized pieces36+26\displaystyle \frac{3}{6} + \frac{2}{6}63+62
  3. Add the pieces56\displaystyle \frac{5}{6}65

With sixths as the shared unit, count the shaded pieces: 3 sixths plus 2 sixths is 5 sixths.

A SIMPLE WAY TO BEGIN

Try together. Then choose a next step.

  1. 01

    See how a question feels

The public sampler includes fractions, an equation and a counting challenge. Try the hint before opening the full explanation.

  2. 02

    Create a parent account

Use your own email. Create a learner nickname and PIN; your child does not need an email address. Complete the applicable parent permission steps.

  3. 03

Build on the last learning session

Saved practice and homework start from the learner’s recent topic and difficulty. Parent reports show attempts, hints and independent solves.

Helping with fractions at home?

Use six equal boxes to explain why one third plus one sixth is one half. Our free parent guide includes a picture, coaching prompts and two questions with answers to reveal.

See the learning behind an answer

An answer after a hint and an independent solution are different kinds of evidence. Your family workspace keeps that distinction, so you can discuss what to review next.

What is saved in the sample?

Sample answers stay in this page’s memory and reset on refresh. They are not added to a student account or parent report. The full learner workspace saves progress after sign-in.

Does my child have to use chat?

No. Learning works without social features. Friends, chat and private learning groups have separate parent permissions and verification. Messages require review by the sender’s parent before delivery.

Is this a test score prediction?

No. Practice records help guide learning; they are not a formal assessment or a promised score improvement. Explore the published lesson content and coverage before choosing a route.
